| 表面の説明 | Printed in black letterpress on pale blue card stock, the face carries a dotted rectangular border framing all text elements. The issuer's name 'Colectividad Municipal Unica' appears in bold serif capitals at the top, followed by 'ALBALATE DE CINCA' in spaced capitals; horizontal rules separate these lines from the large bold word 'VALE' centred in the field. The denomination '1 peseta' is set in a smaller serif typeface in the lower right area. |

Albalate de Cinca is a small municipality in the Huesca province of Aragón, and like hundreds of similar towns across Republican Spain, it resorted to locally produced emergency scrip after the 1936 military uprising triggered a catastrophic shortage of small-denomination coinage. The Colectividad Municipal Única designation reflects the anarcho-syndicalist collectivization that swept through much of rural Aragón under CNT influence — this wasn't simply a municipal government issuing change, but a collectivized economic unit replacing conventional commerce entirely.
The near-square format and heavy stock were practical choices for hand-stamped or simply printed local issues where longevity in pocket wear mattered more than sophistication.
