Obverse description Typeset letterpress note printed in black on plain paper, with a chain-link border framing the entire face. The coat of arms of the Spanish Republic appears as a vignette to the left, flanked by the denomination 'UNA peseta' in bold type. The central text body states the bearer-deposit pledge, with the issuing municipality, province, date of issue, and manuscript signatures of the Mayor (El Alcalde) and Secretary (El Secretario) printed below.
