| Obverse description | Printed in blue on white paper, the obverse is centred on an oval guilloche border enclosing Cyrillic text pledging the Main State Treasury's obligation to pay the bearer one Perper, with large bold numerals '1' set within ornate foliate scrollwork panels on either side. Two manuscript signatures appear beneath the central text block, attributed to the President of the Main State Control and the Minister of Finance respectively, with serial number and series designations in the upper and lower margins. A dating inscription at the foot reads 'Цетиње, 25 јула 1914.' |
