Descrizione del dritto	The obverse is framed by an oval guilloche border with ornamental corner cartouches bearing the text КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНАГОРА. At the top centre, an anchor and scales of justice vignette appear within the oval frame, flanked by serial number and series designations. The denomination ЈЕДАН ПЕРПЕР is set in bold Cyrillic letterpress at centre, above two manuscript signatures identifying the President of the State Control and the Minister of Finance. At the bottom, a rectangular cartouche carries the issue date and place, Cetinje, 25 July 1914.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is printed on paper carrying a continuous diagonal letterpress underprint of the text КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНАГОРА repeated across the entire surface, serving as a security background. Centred at the top, КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНАГОРА is set in bold Cyrillic capitals, below which the large denomination inscription ЈЕДАН ПЕРПЕР appears. A circular official stamp is applied at centre, followed by a line noting the legal basis of issue. At the bottom, a warning clause against counterfeiting cites articles 145 and 146 of the criminal code.
