| 备注 |
RAAF Station Tocumwal operated as one of Australia's largest wartime air bases, functioning primarily as a major maintenance and modification depot for aircraft transiting between the US and the Pacific theatre. The station's internal currency notes — printed by Miller of Melbourne — were a practical solution to the chronic shortage of small-denomination coinage that plagued remote wartime postings. Canteen tokens and locally issued scrip were common across Australian military facilities during this period, but Tocumwal's paper series is among the better-documented examples.
The base closed rapidly after the Japanese surrender, which cut short circulation and left significant quantities unspent.
