正面描述	Bare-headed and draped bust of King George V facing left, rendered in high relief with finely detailed portrait. The legend is incuse and runs parallel to all four sides of the square flan, reading GEORGIVS V D.G.BRITT:OMN:REX with the date 1920 positioned along the right vertical margin. The effigy, attributed to sculptor Edgar Bertram MacKennal, displays the characteristic coinage portrait with the king in military uniform. The design fills the square field with rounded corners, giving the piece a distinctive holed-planchet aesthetic typical of the Australian penny pattern series.
