| Opis awersu | Crude facing bust of a ruler depicted beneath a distinctive triangular canopy or arch, rendered in the degenerate Hiberno-Norse style characteristic of late 11th-century Dublin coinage. The face is boldly struck with pelleted eyes, a prominent nose, and a beaded beard, with radiating lines suggesting drapery or a collar below the chin.
