附加信息	Janjira was one of the few princely states in India ruled by the Sidi dynasty — descendants of East African Habshi slaves and soldiers who had carved out an improbable coastal domain on Murud Island near the Konkan coast. By Ibrahim Khan III's reign, the state had survived Portuguese, Maratha, and Mughal pressure for over a century, a remarkable record for so small a polity. The Marathas never successfully stormed the island fortress despite repeated attempts. KM#5 spans nearly four decades of issue, suggesting dies were used well past their intended life.
