Reverse description Reverse of this hammered copper paisa displays a circular orb or sun-like device at center left, composed of a ring of pellets surrounding a central boss, flanked to the right by a vertical stroke or staff element. A horizontal line traverses the upper field. The mint name in Persian script appears within the field, attributing the issue to the Indore mint. The flan is irregular and the strike somewhat weak, as is characteristic of hammered provincial coinage of this era.
