| Obverse description | Central field features a stylized double leaf motif rendered in low relief, surrounded by a border of raised pellets distributed across the field. Gurmukhi legends appear in the upper portion of the flan, with the inscription recording the mint name and Nanakshahi regnal year. The overall design is characteristic of the hammered copper coinage of the Sikh Empire, with an irregular flan and somewhat crude but purposeful execution. The pellet ornaments serve as decorative fillers around the central leaf device. |

| Reverse description | Central field displays a downward-pointing banner or pennant device, flanked on either side by clusters of raised pellets arranged in decorative groupings. The design is divided by the vertical banner staff, with foliate and pellet ornaments occupying the quadrants.
