| Obverse description | Crude hammered copper flan with an irregular, lobated border formed by a row of raised pellets. The central field displays a stylized bird or fish-like motif in low relief, flanked by scroll-like decorative elements, with two prominent raised pellets visible in the lower field. The overall design is characteristic of the rough, hand-struck coinage of the Gwalior princely state under Mahadji Rao, with a pronounced green patina of verdigris over the copper surface. |

| Reverse description | Hammered reverse with an irregular lobated border. The central field bears a stylized spear or lance motif oriented to the left, accompanied by scattered raised pellets and crude linear incisions characteristic of provincial Maratha coinage. A large circular element is visible in the upper field, consistent with the rudimentary engraving style of the Jawad mint. The surface exhibits heavy green patination typical of buried or aged copper issues. |
