| Obverse description | Hammered copper flan bearing a three-line Persian nastaliq legend arranged across the field, reading 'Sikka Mubarak / Badshah Ghazi / Alamgir', invoking the Mughal emperor Alamgir II as sovereign authority. The script is bold and raised in relief, typical of the crude hammered coinage of the Janjira mint. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, with a rough peripheral edge. No figural motifs are present; the design is entirely epigraphic in character, following the conventions of late Mughal-style princely coinage. |
