| Obverse description | Central field features the elaborate tughra of Nizam Mir Mahbub Ali Khan, the cipher incorporating the numeral 92 — a numerical abbreviation for the name Muhammad — rendered in the distinctive calligraphic style of the Asaf Jahi dynasty. The tughra is enclosed within a scalloped or lobed inner border, itself surrounded by a beaded outer rim. The Arabic legend identifying the ruler as Nizam Al-Mulk Asaf Jah Bahadur appears in the body of the tughra, with the Hijri date AH 1327 inscribed below. |
