At her feet to the right rests the Lion of Saint Mark, a recumbent leonine figure with a prominent mane, serving as a symbol of Venetian sovereignty. The legend BONORVM AVCTRIX (Increaser of Good Things) arcs across the upper field, and the engraver's initials B · C appear in the exergue below the ground line.

背面描述	The reverse displays a five-line Latin inscription within a finely detailed laurel wreath tied at the base, reading PAULUS REINERIUS / PRINCIPIS / MUNUS AN:I / 1779, identifying this as the first-year gift (munus) of Doge Paolo Renier. The wreath, composed of symmetrically arranged leaves and berries, frames the entire text and is itself enclosed within the milled border of the coin. The field is otherwise plain, lending a dignified, epigraphic character to the design typical of Venetian oselle.
