The ducal crown of Venice appears prominently at the apex above the text. The inscription reads FRANCIS / LAVREDANI / PRINCIPIS / MVNVS / AN.II / 1753, recording this osella as the gift of Doge Francesco Loredan in the second year of his reign. The entire composition is framed by a beaded outer border. |
