| Reverse description | The reverse field displays a triple-branched floriated cross or lily-tree motif, with three fleurs-de-lis issuing from the central stem — one at the apex and one at each lateral branch — set within a beaded inner circle. The design recalls the heraldic symbolism common to Hanseatic town coinage of the period. The surrounding legend is inscribed in uncial Gothic script, running clockwise in the outer margin. The overall composition is well-centred despite the characteristic irregularity of the hammered flan. |
