| 背面描述 | The reverse bears the Swedish arms of three crowns: two crowns in the upper field and one crown below, arranged in the traditional tricrown pattern, with a small value numeral '1' and abbreviation 'ÖR' (or variant) visible in the central field. A circular Latin legend runs continuously around the periphery within a beaded border, reading MONETA NOVA REGNI SVECIAE, identifying the coin as new coinage of the Kingdom of Sweden. The design and lettering are characteristic of the hammered billon öre coinage of Gustav II Adolf. |

Gustav II Adolf had been king for less than three years when this piece was struck, having inherited a Sweden simultaneously at war with Denmark, Russia, and Poland. The öre coinage of these early reign years was produced under chronic fiscal strain — the crown's silver supply was inconsistently sourced, and billon issues like this one reflect the practical compromises forced by wartime treasury demands rather than any deliberate debasement policy.
The Stockholm mint's Type I designation distinguishes early dies from later reworked punches introduced as the series continued into the 1620s.
