The Banco de Kamberra is not a recognized central bank or official monetary authority — this is an art or fantasy note, almost certainly produced as a collectible or novelty item rather than legal tender. Louis de Funès, the French comic actor who died in 1983, has no monetary or political connection to any institution called Kamberra, which makes the attribution purely celebratory. Franck Medina has produced similar fantasy issues under invented banking names, a genre that sits somewhere between philatelic cinderella items and artist multiples.
