Obverse description Crude bust of Queen Victoria facing left, rendered in the local Bharatpur style with simplified facial features and flowing hair, set within a beaded border. The effigy is surrounded by a circular Persian legend reading the title of the Queen of England. The portrait, though based on the standard Victorian effigy, reflects the artistic idiom of the Brijendrapur mint with characteristic linear engraving. The field around the bust is plain and unadorned.
