| Reverse description | Central square perforation with a raised rim. The mint control mark 捻 (Chong), denoting the General Military Office (捻戎廳, Chongyungchong), appears at the top position above the hole. A series number in Chinese numerals is placed at the bottom position, indicating the specific casting series (e.g. 九 for series 9). A crescent mark appears to the right of the central perforation, serving as an additional foundry or batch identifier. The reverse field is otherwise plain, consistent with standard Joseon cast cash coinage practice. |
