Issued as part of Hasbro's Astérix-themed Monopoly set produced for the French market, this piece has no numismatic or notaphilic standing whatsoever. It is a game component. Collectors occasionally acquire complete unplayed sets for the licensed artwork, which here draws on the long-running Goscinny and Uderzo series, but the paper itself is thin, the printing offset and utilitarian, and no secondary market treats these as banknote substitutes.
