| Reverse description | The reverse presents multiple lines of Nasta'liq Arabic and Persian calligraphy filling the entire field, recording the mint name, regnal year, and additional imperial epithets of Akbar II. A small floral or star-shaped ornament is visible in the lower field, serving as a decorative divider, alongside scattered pellet devices. The inscription is deeply and boldly struck, though with some weakness at the periphery characteristic of the hammered technique. The overall design follows standard late Mughal epigraphic coinage conventions as adopted by the Bharatpur princely mint. |
