Obverse description Central square cartouche enclosing the royal name of the king in Devanagari script, surrounded by decorative scrollwork and floral ornamental devices in the four quadrants. A circular central medallion bearing a stylized floral or sunburst motif is set within the square. The Vikrama Samvat (VS) regnal date appears within the inscription field. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border.

Reverse description Central oval or circular medallion bearing Devanagari inscriptions in horizontal registers, invoking the deities Bhabani and Gorakhnath with the honorific Sri 3. The central field is framed by a stylized lotus or multi-pointed star motif with pointed petals radiating outward, with additional Devanagari legend distributed around the perimeter. The whole composition is enclosed within a beaded outer border, consistent with the hammered coinage tradition of the Shah dynasty of Nepal.
