| 背面描述 | Reverse field features a prominent rectangular cartouche enclosing a multi-line Shi'a kalima in Arabic Naskh script, a hallmark of Safavid coinage introduced under Isma'il I as a declaration of Twelver Shi'ism as the state religion. The legend enumerates the names of the Twelve Imams — beginning with the standard shahada followed by Ali Wali Allah and the succession of Imams through to the twelfth. Additional inscriptions appear outside the cartouche in the surrounding field. The bold, deeply struck lettering and cartouche framing are characteristic of early Safavid gold coinage from the Tabriz mint. |
