American Art Classics produced these novelty million-dollar notes as licensed Harley-Davidson merchandise, not as any form of currency or bearer instrument. They circulate freely on the secondary market — largely through gift shops, collector sets, and online lots — and have no monetary value whatsoever. The legal disclaimer required under U.S. federal law governing "fantasy" notes is present on the reverse.
Collectible mainly to Harley enthusiasts rather than notaphilists.
