| Obverse description | Printed in blue on a polychrome underprint, combining intaglio (calcography) and lithographic techniques. A central oval vignette bears the bust portrait of Diogo Antônio Feijó (1784–1843), the Brazilian Regent, surrounded by decorative guilloche work. The Arabic numeral "1" appears at each side, with the issuing authority and payment obligation legend arranged around the central vignette. |
