Thông tin bổ sung	Finland's copper-nickel coinage of the interwar period was produced under the shadow of a country still consolidating its monetary independence following the 1917 declaration and the brutal civil war that followed. The Helsinki Mint — one of the few national mints to operate continuously through the turmoil of the early republic — struck this series across a twelve-year run that ended as the Winter War with the Soviet Union began. The 1940 issues are notably scarce, with production curtailed by wartime disruption.
