Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse is printed in green, blue, and black on white paper, with the central panel bearing the issuing authority's name in Gothic blackletter script above the cheque text and the large denomination legend "Eine Mark" in blue. Flanking the central text panel on both sides are identical vignettes of the Grünberg city arms — a crowned castle gate in yellow and blue — set within circular frames and surrounded by decorative vine and grape cluster motifs typical of Notgeld design. The lower portion contains a yellow guilloche underprint panel with the place and date line, account number, and serial number in black letterpress, with the printer's imprint "Flemming-Wiskott A.G. Glogau" at the foot.
