The central panel bears the crowned coat of arms of Cologne in blue and white, flanked by two shield-shaped vignettes each carrying the denomination numeral '1 M' in brown script. A banner scroll at the upper centre of the vignette reads 'Broell 1575', with a further inscription identifying the Churfürstl. Hoff von Cölln at the upper right. The design registration number is printed in the lower margin. |
