The issuer name 'Lichtenhorst' is printed in bold Gothic lettering across the top, with the denomination '1 Mark' repeated in the upper left and right corners. A lower text panel carries the scrip legend in Gothic script, the authorising signature of the Kantinen Verwaltung, and a notice restricting use of the voucher to within the camp.
