| Obverse description | Green and cream Notgeld voucher with a light underprint of the issuer's text visible through the central field. The denomination '1 Mark' is inscribed in bold blackletter script at centre, flanked by two diamond-shaped vignettes: to the left, the Hamburg coat of arms (castle motif on a gold shield), and to the right, a fish swimming in green water within a heraldic shield. The upper panel carries the title 'Gutschein der Ferienkolonie' in ornate blackletter, while the lower panel reads '"Vogelkoje" auf Sylt.' in matching script.
