Obverse description Red-bordered notgeld with a central vignette in green and cream tones illustrating a crouching soldier in field uniform with a needle gun, facing a target post and a standing sentry figure in the background. The upper red panel carries the issuing authority legend in bold Gothic script, flanked left and right by text panels bearing a rhyming verse in German. The denomination 'Eine Mark' appears in a red-framed box at the lower centre, with the date, place of issue, and two facsimile signatures of the Magistrat to the lower right.

Das Bajonett sticht fürchterlich, drum nehm in acht ein jeder sich. Die Klinge
ist aus Stahl gemacht und sticht, das alles wankt und kraucht.

angezeigt.
