The issuance date 'Berlin, den 12. August 1914' and the issuing authority 'Reichsschuldenverwaltung' appear in the centre field, above two manuscript facsimile signatures. A blue circular seal bearing the Imperial eagle is applied at lower right, and an anti-counterfeiting warning text occupies a rectangular panel at lower centre. |
