| Obverse description | Black letterpress on white paper. The upper portion is dominated by a large vignette of the Virgin Mary enthroned with the Christ Child, set within a radiant sunburst and ornate wreath cartouche enclosing a heraldic shield. The denomination numeral '1' appears in the upper corners flanked by decorative columns, with 'Mark' inscribed below each. A two-column Latin inscription in the central field references the founding of the Immaculate Conception church at Dalhausen in 1718. The lower portion carries the Notgeld title in bold blackletter script, the issuing authority, validity date of 1 March 1922, the date '5. Nov. 1921', a circular municipality stamp, and a manuscript signature of the Gemeindevorsteher. |
