正面描述	Line-art vignette occupying the upper portion of the note presents a panoramic view of Burg Castle (Schloss Burg) atop a wooded hillside, rendered in fine cross-hatched letterpress style. To the right, the place name 'Burg a.d. Wupper' is inscribed in Gothic script on a vertically oriented scroll or banner, beside a circular municipal seal bearing the legend 'BURG. B.M. SIEGEL. FREIHEIT' enclosing a heraldic lion and wheel device. The lower register contains the denomination numeral '1' at left, the issuing authority text and date at centre, and a facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister, with an ornamental guilloche band separating the vignette from the text panel.
