背面描述	The reverse is printed in polychrome letterpress and lithography, dominated by a large central vignette of breaking North Sea waves rendered in green, yellow-green, and white tones, signed 'Deus' in the lower left corner. Flanking the vignette on each side are vertical panels in a green diamond-pattern underprint, each bearing a circular medallion with '1 Mark' surmounted by a sailing vessel and an anchor below. The top border carries the Gutschein inscription and the bottom border the full issuing municipality name, both in Gothic blackletter script.

备注	Norddörfer is a collective municipality on the northern tip of Sylt, and this 1921 issue is a product of the Notgeld wave that swept German towns and communes during the post-WWI inflation period. Friedrich Ball printed this locally in Westerland, which was — and remains — the commercial center of the island. The designer credit "Deus" almost certainly refers to a local artist rather than a print house, an unusual specificity for small-denomination Notgeld, where design credit was rarely preserved at all.
