To the left a teal panel carries the validity notice and to the right the issue place, date, and a manuscript signature of the Magistrat. The lower half presents a detailed letterpress panoramic vignette of the town of Eldagsen as it appeared circa 1600, with the town arms and caption "Eldagsen im Jahre 1600" centred above the skyline. |
