背面描述 The reverse carries a divided central vignette in green, blue, and ochre tones, contrasting two scenes side by side: on the left, a sailing vessel on water before 'Leckhus', and on the right, a steam locomotive approaching 'nach Leck', separated by a decorative scrollwork cartouche. The denomination '1 Mrk' appears in red Gothic script at the upper corners, and a Low German couplet is printed across the lower portion of the note beneath the scenes.

备注

Leck is a small town in Schleswig, the region that had just been partitioned between Germany and Denmark following the 1920 plebiscite mandated by the Treaty of Versailles. The northern zone voted for Denmark; Leck sat in the southern zone and remained German. Municipal notgeld from this area in 1921 carries that unresolved, borderland quality — these were communities finding their administrative footing under a redrawn map.

The DeNG reference suffix indicating variants 1-3/4 suggests the municipality issued this in multiple printings or with minor typographic differences, not uncommon for small-town notgeld produced through local printers working with limited typesetting consistency.
