正面描述	The note is framed by a decorative border of oak branches with acorns and conifer trees rendered in green and brown letterpress. At the top, the issuer's name appears in Gothic blackletter script. The denomination cartouche at centre is executed in an ornate Baroque scrollwork surround in brown and black, with the value in bold white Gothic lettering against a dark ground. Below, the place and date of issue are inscribed in Roman script, followed by the title of the issuing authority and a manuscript signature.

背面描述	The reverse carries a colourful pictorial vignette occupying the full field. A forest scene frames a panoramic view of the town of Auma in the middle distance, with a church steeple visible among red-roofed buildings. In the foreground to the right, a folkloric forest gnome in a red cap sits on a mushroom examining a large Boletus, surrounded by clusters of mushrooms throughout the woodland floor. Denomination panels reading '1 MARK' appear in black on white at the lower left and right, flanking a three-line rhyming verse in German Fraktur script.
