Obverse description	Black letterpress text on blue guilloche underprint. Below, a redemption clause in Polish names the municipal treasury of Puck, with the issuance date 'Puck, dnia 24. go lutego 1920' and the issuing authority 'Magistrat miasta Pucka' followed by a manuscript signature.

Reverse description	Green letterpress print on plain paper.
