Obverse description Salmon-tinted note with a teal header panel bearing the issuer name and red-and-white striped corner ornaments. A central rectangular vignette renders a church with a tall steeple flying a red-and-white flag, set among trees, flanked by red Art Nouveau ribbon motifs and the large numeral '1' to either side. The denomination in bold Gothic letterpress reads 'Eine Mark', with a handwritten signature of the Gemeindevorsteher (municipal head) inscribed below right.
