| 备注 |
Brunde is a small village in Schleswig, and this note dates to the years immediately following the 1920 plebiscite that returned the region to Denmark — a politically charged moment when German municipal authorities were scrambling to maintain administrative continuity under shifting sovereignty. Emergency Gemeinde notes of this type were a direct response to the chronic small-change shortage that plagued postwar Germany, and rural municipalities often contracted local or regional printers rather than established banknote houses.
C. G. Stök is not a well-documented printer in the major notgeld references, which suggests a small regional firm. The print run of over twelve million for a single village issue is anomalously high and almost certainly reflects distribution beyond Brunde itself.
