| Reverse description | The reverse displays a prominent saltire cross (X-form cross) with concave, leaf-shaped arms radiating from the center, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The four quadrants formed by the arms of the cross contain pellets or small decorative elements. A partial circular legend in uncial Latin script surrounds the inner circle near the coin's edge. The flan exhibits the characteristic irregularity of hand-struck medieval issues, with some weakness at the margins. The design is consistent with Reval mint output of the Livonian Order under Wennemar von Brüggeneye. |
