| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in shades of rose, green, and brown on a cream paper ground, with an intricate guilloche border framing the entire face. Two circular medallions bearing the numeral "1" in Ottoman script appear at left and right, flanking a central block of Ottoman calligraphic inscriptions that include the issuer's title and regnal date. A tughra-style ornament is positioned at the top centre, with a manuscript signature appearing below the central text panel, and serial numbers printed in dark ink at lower left and lower right. |
