The centre carries multi-line Ottoman Turkish calligraphic text in naskh script, including the issue date (22 Kanunusani 1331) and official authorisation inscriptions, flanked by the numeral '1' in Arabic-Eastern numerals at upper left and upper right. Serial number prefixed 'E' appears twice in the lower field, with a small tughra-style seal vignette at centre below the main text panel. |

Five lines of Ottoman Turkish naskh calligraphy fill the central panel, carrying the legal tender and redemption text of the Ottoman Public Debt Administration. A manuscript signature in ink appears in the lower centre of the text panel. |
