The Ottoman tughra appears in a cartouche at the top centre, flanked by the serial number repeated twice in the upper corners. A circular intaglio vignette at the left reads '1 / LIVRE TURQUE', with a corresponding numeral '1' in an ornate panel at the right. The central field carries multiple lines of Arabic/Ottoman script text, including the place of issue and date, with two manuscript signatures across the lower portion and the French inscription 'Remboursable à CONSTANTINOPLE' at the foot.
