A central multicolour guilloche rosette underprint in green and red carries the main Ottoman Turkish text inscription, with the Rumi date '١٣٣٢' (1332) and the law reference appearing across the middle field; alphanumeric serial numbers are printed in black at lower left and right, and a manuscript signature appears below the central text block. |

A manuscript signature line appears below the text cartouche, and the overall composition is unadorned save for the intricate engine-turned surround. |
