| Obverse description | The brass centre bears the Turkish crescent and star device above the numeral '1', with the denomination legend 'TÜRK LİRASI' and the date '2014' inscribed below, all enclosed within an ornate wreath of stylised tulips and floral sprays rendered in high relief. The copper-nickel outer ring carries the arc legend 'TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ' (Republic of Turkey) distributed around the full circumference in raised Latin characters.
