To the left a winged allegorical figure stands amid a trophy of arms and laurel branches, while the central field presents a large numeral 1 flanked by guilloche ovals, with the place and date IQUITOS, 1º OCTUBRE 1921 and the denomination UNA LIBRA PERUANA DE ORO below; two manuscript signature lines for the CAP. JEFE POLITICO Y MILITAR and the ADMOR. DE LA ADUANA appear at the foot alongside the serial number. |
