| 正面描述 | Central field dominated by the elaborate interlaced ducal cypher of Wilhelm Heinrich (William Henry) of Saxe-Eisenach, composed of the conjoined initials W and H rendered in an ornate Baroque script with foliate scrollwork flourishes at the terminals. The monogram is surmounted by a ducal coronet with visible arches and beading, occupying the upper portion of the field. The overall design is unlettered on this face, with the monogram filling the coin's field in a bold and decorative manner characteristic of early eighteenth-century German petty coinage. |

Saxe-Eisenach was among the most administratively fragile of the Ernestine duchies, perpetually undersized and financially strained. William Henry ruled from 1741 — which raises an immediate problem: a 1729 date predates his reign, placing this issue under the authority of his predecessor, Johann Wilhelm, who died that year. The duchy passed to William Henry only after Johann Wilhelm's death in 1729, making this coin a product of a transitional moment, possibly struck in the final months of the old reign or as an early posthumous administrative issue.
